Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We will replace an item if defective or damaged but we will require a photograph of the item in question as verification for our records. We can also exchange for the same item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Cancellation and return
All of our dolls are handmade and crafted by experienced artist. We accept only limited numbers of orders per month due to limited resources. Our dolls are handmade only after you book (pre-order) the item and we do not offer any cancellation or return.
We have no-refund policy as every item is custom made for the customer.
